I scheduled a standard Ford service for 30000 miles The service department complained that it was wrong and had to be entered as individual items instead of a standard service. Then after they touched my truck they never did the minimum parts of a scheduled service. They did not lube any of my front end. My truck is a F350 dually with a solid front axle which has steering knuckle universal joints they never lubed in six 5000 mile services. I asked them to service my batteries due to corrosion. They charged me over $117, and they only cleaned the battery posts and left a massive amount of corrosion next to and under the battery hold down clamp on both batteries. They said they inspected my coolant and it was good. Then I got home and found I was a gallon down. I couldn’t see it in my coolant bottle. And then it ended up that the color coolant I was supposed to have, wasn’t what I had. I also have been having a problem with a leak on my right passenger tire. They wanted to re-program my TPMS instead of changing my valve stem which Les Schwab did for free. I will be taking my business elsewhere since I can’t count on Ford to do the proper services and support their own equipment. More
