Sales and so far service departments are great, but the parts department is lost. They don’t call when parts come in, don’t research what is needed for the customer to install it, and won’t proactively tra parts department is lost. Engine and transmission service took 3 1/2 hours as I waited in waiting room. Did not receive notice service was completed when I went to ask how much longer paper work and keys were under three other fi waited in waiting room. I was sent a picture of a destroyed air filter stating it needed replaced which I declined because I had one at home. When I went to change it it was perfectly fine. I would expect that from Jiffy lube not a dealership. I will not be taking my business there again. More
