No one ever answered the phone in the service department, after repeated voicemails left over a two week period I had to drive down and make an appointment in person. The staff were nice enough when I finally got in to talk to someone, Jeff did his best and was sympathetic to my situation. More

When calling to set up service of my vehicle, I specifically requested a price quote for a key fob and programming of the unit on the phone. I was quoted a total of $97 which seemed to be online with a quote I had received from a private locksmith for 125 so I agreed to the service, I dropped my vehicle off the service took a little over one hour at which time when I picked my vehicle up I was surprised to hear the total be close to $560. I discussed the situation with the service representative Kolton he made a military allowance for me to give me a reduction, but the price still was over $500 , I was deeply unsatisfied at having been quoted an initial price and then to have a significant price increase when the service was actually completed unfortunately for me I did not get a written estimate prior to having this work done, but this appears to be a bait and switch tactic More
