Had an appointment for 9:30 am. Got there before 9:30. They asked if I needed a ride home. I said I did. They said they would call my cell when my vehicle was ready. By 3:00 pm Got there before 9:30. They asked if I needed a ride home. I said I did. They said they would call my cell when my vehicle was ready. By 3:00 pm, When they didn’t call, I tried calling the service department. I couldn’t get a live person on the phone. At about 4:00 pm, I went back to the dealership. My vehicle was sitting outside. When I asked if it was ready, I was informed that they hadn’t started on it yet. So I sat in the waiting room for another hour, waiting till it was done. All I asked for was an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech didn’t charge me. I bought 3 different new vehicles from this dealership before it became Corwin. I’ll never go there w! More

The Mobil service was great. The Tech went through the complete check off of all the recent recalls issued by Ford.
