The service was great as usual. Zack was great at communicating, professional and friendly. Susan was instrumental at getting me my invoice that initially didn't go home with me. I was mislead and taken advantage of by the service rep. I was told my warranty company wouldn't cover the repair and that wasn't true. I later confirmed no one from Cortese service spoke with my warranty c I was told my warranty company wouldn't cover the repair and that wasn't true. I later confirmed no one from Cortese service spoke with my warranty company. I made the mistake of trusting what I was told by the service rep. As a result I was grossly over-charged for a fairly simple repair. It was a horrible experience. I will warn everyone I know about going to any of the Cortese auto companies for repair or purchase. Staff was great, finding and communicating better warranty information than what I had. Work was done well and within the time frame that I had hoped for. All the Ford dealerships within an hours dri warranty information than what I had. Work was done well and within the time frame that I had hoped for. All the Ford dealerships within an hours drive of me couldn't get me in for 1 - 3 weeks. Cortese got me in the next day. So even though it's nearly a 2 hour drive for me from the eastern Finger Lakes, Cortese will be my go-to service center going forward! More

My most recent visit was unusually awful. The technicians didn't realize we were in the waiting room so they emailed a response while we waited around for 3 hours for a simple operation. An inspection, tire rotation and a quick look at my brake pads. After getting information back we told the brake pads were OK but dry so servicing could help. Despite the 550$ charge the noises still persist. I paid for a fix that meant nothing to my actual problem. What a huge waste of money and time. Then I was told my tired need to be replaced at the cost of 600$. Technician kept urging it may not pass inspection yet another tech confirmed inspection passed prior to that conversation revealing that cortese ford is trying hard to get me to pay for additional services. Calling around I found four places that offered to do it for 300$ to 400$. It's a shame I bought my car here, I likely will not be going back. Paid 800$ for an inspection and tire rotation. More
