I switched to this dealership after sub par work and lack of customer support from the others. Since the move I have been pleased with the work they have done on my trucks. Unemployment stinks. I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I nee I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. Had my truck in for a safety recall and to fix my 12 volt outlet. Part was ordered, arrived within a week. Dropped off my truck in the morning, was finished by 10am. These guys are great. Always greet you by name. They listen and treat you with respect. They are willing to work with you. I was on a trip and my car started to act a lit Always greet you by name. I based on our discussion I decided to cancel my trip and bring the car in for further analysis. I have friends who bought a car at another dealership and they were told they couldn't get an appointment for at least 2 weeks to get the same service I received.
