I called customer service after request for review and told them they wouldn’t want it. After a month run around as follows I am totally done with them. I don’t complain but worst service I’ve ever exper told them they wouldn’t want it. After a month run around as follows I am totally done with them. I don’t complain but worst service I’ve ever experienced! Told 2 hour wait and ended up 6 hours. Asked to check my fan as loud while in for service. Told by Nicole it was just because it was cold. Asked her to listen to it when I picked up car. Agreed it was a problem and I would need to rebook a service. When I got home opened hood and leaves in vents still. Clearly hadn’t even looked at. I cleared and still a problem. I complained to Michelle, Kevin’s n and Nicole. Four days later still no response. They clearly don’t want to fix their service isdues. More
Appointment at 08:00 for an oil change and mount (4) tires on loose wheels with no wheel balance requested. Was told maybe 2 hour wait, which was reasonable. Didn't leave until 13:00. They ended up doi tires on loose wheels with no wheel balance requested. Was told maybe 2 hour wait, which was reasonable. Didn't leave until 13:00. They ended up doing a recall as well as a wheel balance without telling me. Received no updates, heads-up, or apology at any point. Was still charged for the balance, too. Will use a different Ford location for all future vehicle service. More

upon test driving I pointed out a tire that needed to be repaired before final sale, at vehicle pick up I was assured the tire issue had been addressed. I had to return a week later to have the tire repaired. salesmen need to take the customer more seriously, vehicle inspectors need to be more detail oriented. my time has a value and I shouldn't have to return to have an issue addressed that I pointed out and asked to be fixed before picking up.
