Woke up to a flat tire during a cold and wintry day. SUV was towed to Cortese and the very same day I received a call to advise that I had gotten a nail in my tire and that it was repaired. I was able to take advantage of their vehicle drop off service (which is done at NO CHARGE!) the very next day. I am once again 100% satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy and care that the Cortese Team extends to me any time I need service for my SUV. More

My 2019 F 150 had to have a recall taken care of my service writer was Darren he got me in quickly they did the recall and also we had the rear brake job taken care of. They made sure it was all done r service writer was Darren he got me in quickly they did the recall and also we had the rear brake job taken care of. I had a good experience, however I was disappointed when I came back to my car 2.5 hours later and there was a strong cigarette smoke odor.
