I had a good experience, however I was disappointed when I came back to my car 2.5 hours later and there was a strong cigarette smoke odor. I had such a wonderful experience here after my ford explorer broke down on the 390/490. I’m not local but they took care of me and fixed my car, treated me so well. I called customer service after request for review and told them they wouldn’t want it. After a month run around as follows I am totally done with them. Asked her to listen to it when I picked up car. Agreed it was a problem and I would need to rebook a service. When I got home opened hood and leaves in vents still. Clearly hadn’t even looked at. I cleared and still a problem. I complained to Michelle, Kevin’s n and Nicole. Four days later still no response. They clearly don’t want to fix their service isdues. More
Appointment at 08:00 for an oil change and mount (4) tires on loose wheels with no wheel balance requested. Was told maybe 2 hour wait, which was reasonable. Didn't leave until 13:00. They ended up doing a recall as well as a wheel balance without telling me. Received no updates, heads-up, or apology at any point. Was still charged for the balance, too. Will use a different Ford location for all future vehicle service. More
