I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from Copeland Toyota in Brockton, MA. I was very happy with our sales person, Richard May. He was the kind of salesman that anyone would be very happy with. He was very accommodating. He even took the time to come to my place of work and pick up the car to bring it to get an inspection sticker for us. I couldn't have asked for better service from a salesperson. He anwered all of our questions without hesitation. He even called two weeks later to see if we were happy with our new purchase. I will definitely recommend him and Copeland Toyota to anyone looking for another car. More

I was a first time car buyer. Everything was going smoothly, I knew what I wanted and it was available. I bought the car in 2 hours. Everything was going well until it was time for the insurance. Just made my first visit to this dealer for a little service. Decision to try it based on feedback from this website. Very impressed; not too often do you get a good feeling when leaving a dealer. Turns out my issue is referenced by a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) (which some dealers won't admit unless you press the issue - this dealer told me right away) so I'm having a little warranty work done and parts had to be ordered. I cannot yet comment on their quality of work but their pricing on scheduled maintenance seems to be the best when I shopped around and compared. Will update with a second review once the work is done. More
