It seemed like the other people in the waiting area did not have long waits either. This facility was recommended by a co-worker. I have been coming to this dealership for about a year and one-half and would not hesitate to buy a car from here or have my car serviced here again. Alan, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and patient walking through various options for the Sienna including finding the best way for us to finance it. Laura, the business manager, was very helpful and made sure the insurance and other paperwork went smoothly so I could take the car home with me that day. I was treated with respect and each person I dealt with was highly professional and friendly.
