I looked high and low for as new car and visited numerous dealerships. Copeland Toyota had exactly what I wanted. I drove home new Forerunner hours after I walked in the door. I'm not sure if it was the am dealerships. Copeland Toyota had exactly what I wanted. I drove home new Forerunner hours after I walked in the door. I'm not sure if it was the ambiance, the knowlegable salesman or the inventory that made such postitve impresson on me. Of all the new cars I have purchased no experience matchs what I found at Copeland Toyota. I will refer all people here in the future. More
I went to a lot of dealerships and wish I had just went straight to Copeland. They were very sincere and asked a lot of questions to try to help me with my purchase. I didnt feel pressured like I did at th straight to Copeland. They were very sincere and asked a lot of questions to try to help me with my purchase. I didnt feel pressured like I did at the others. It was nice to spend this kind of money and not have to fight with managers and play games. The dealership is awesome! While we were waiting for the Van to be cleaned our salesman Mike Murphy reccomended we sit in the massage chairs. They managed to let us take it home the same day and even had a cafe so we could eat lunch. I have three daughters and will look forward to servicing there because I can bring my laptop and surf the web while the kids play in the playroom. Im glad I bought my van thaere and reccomend you do too! More
I first emailed the dealership to find out what they could quote me on the price of a new Matrix. I received a prompt response from Melanie and a follow-up call the next morning by Andrew. I went t could quote me on the price of a new Matrix. I received a prompt response from Melanie and a follow-up call the next morning by Andrew. I went to the dealership first thing on a Friday morning knowing pretty much what I wanted. I hopped out of my car and wandered over to where there were several Matrices (Matrixes??). Not long after, Tony came out to see if I needed any help. He was not pushy, he asked me if I knew what I was looking for. We went in, got keys, and went for a test drive. 2 hours after arriving on the lot, I emerged the proud owner of an 2008 Matrix XR and so far I LOVE it. The transaction was pretty easy. I would definitely recommend buying a Toyota from Copeland Toyota in Brockton, MA. Hopefully the Service Dept is just as pleasant to work with! More
I went to this Copeland Toyota Sept 15, 2007 in an attempt to purchase a 2006 4Runner. Everything went extremely well until it came to price, they wouldn't give me one until they knew about my trade. attempt to purchase a 2006 4Runner. Everything went extremely well until it came to price, they wouldn't give me one until they knew about my trade. We explained what we expected for a trade, not a penny less as they refused to give us an exact selling price for their vehicle. They had the nerve to offer us LESS than what we owed and then they had the nerve to tell me that it's not that much money. So I then wicked lowballed their asking price and told them Hey, it's not that much money. They lost a guarenteed CASH money sale. I won't be back!! More
We have not so great credit and had a yucky corolla with many problems on it for a trade in. The minute we met Shaun we felt at ease. He wasn't pushy at all and went for WHAT WE WANTED:) We shopped arou many problems on it for a trade in. The minute we met Shaun we felt at ease. He wasn't pushy at all and went for WHAT WE WANTED:) We shopped around for 48 hours and got mediocre service and horrible service and got STELLAR service from Copeland. The woman Maura was also a pleasure to deal with as our 2 year old was (stinky in his diaper) and also antsy to go home. She worked with us separately even though it was minutes to closing order for us to keep our son occupied in their well kept and sanitary play area. We went in and said this is what we want and we got it. Everywhere else we got "Sorry not with your credit" and then they used that as an excuse to try ad sell us a Ford even though we were specifically not wanting it. The cleaning crew for the car was off because we were there later and are sale's rep was out windexing everything and making sure everything was perfect! I wish more people would review their experience because these guys are exceptional AND they aren't bigheaded! Go to COPELAND IN BROCKTON More
I, as a girl, went with two guys to buy my new 2008 Corolla. This is the first new car for me, but not the first time dealing with a dealership, I went in on the defensive with a plan of action concoct Corolla. This is the first new car for me, but not the first time dealing with a dealership, I went in on the defensive with a plan of action concocted before even walking through the door. Yes, we had to play the "game" or do the dance, however you want to say it. And yes, the sales associate asked numerous times for the amount I could put down, etc. so she knew how much she had to come down to make my desired payment. But, three hours were well worth it and I walked away satisfied. Buying a car is not supposed to be easy or fun if you're on a budget (as many are). As long as you are prepared to stand your ground and do a little negotiating Copeland Toyota will not dissapoint you. Just remember, it's only a game. More
I went to Copeland Toyota and saw a car I liked the sticker price on the car was 11995k I left and said I will think about it. I got approved for the loan at a local credit union and made and offer of sticker price on the car was 11995k I left and said I will think about it. I got approved for the loan at a local credit union and made and offer of 10995.00 I was told the car sticker price was 12,995 and they would take 11995.00 when sitting down with the salesperson and working out figures I asked to take the worksheet and was told I could not have the worksheet I find Copeland marks up to mark down. Don't give your phone# they called me over 100 times More
I bought a Camry LE V6 and love it. They gave me the best price for my old Altima and gave me a great price on the new car. I never once felt like I was getting taken. They even showed me the differen best price for my old Altima and gave me a great price on the new car. I never once felt like I was getting taken. They even showed me the difference between the Hybrid Camry and the V6 Camry. I drive the highway a lot so I went for the V6 to get the power needed to drive on our highways. Thank you to all... More
I wasted three hours and was given a price which was thousands lower than the blue book for my trade-in vehicle. The managers were a bit shady. I felt like I was on let's make a deal. They quoted me thousands lower than the blue book for my trade-in vehicle. The managers were a bit shady. I felt like I was on let's make a deal. They quoted me a reasonable price on the Tacoma(by phone) I was looking for, but then counter productively took the offer down with the low price for my trade-in. I think I was given the low price to get me to come to the dealership. They continuously asked what would it take for me to buy the vehicle. I answered,"a fair, lower price." they state that they needed me to tell them what I wanted to pay for the car. That's when I told them that I was not there to play games and left, unhappy and tired of waiting for a managers reply. I thought "they" were responsible to give you a price for the vehicle. If car dealers would give a fair price when you asked for a price, more people would have respect for dealerships. They play games and give you high prices at first and then go lower as you get closer to leaving the dealership.(xxx are they thinking???) It's the only time in my life when I don't enjoy buying something because you never know when you are getting a good deal. They are so untrustworthy!!! If the poor person goes in and doesn't ask for a lower price they really get the shaft! The sales person was very kind and considerate but, had no clout whatsoever. He was just a representative of the manager not a sales person. He may as well have been sweeping the floor. Well, I decided to keep my older vehicle and never return to Copeland Toyota unless I want to feel like I am on Let's Make a Deal!!! More
I had negotiated a price for a new Toyota, and made a deposit for the lease of the car. I live in NH and made clear the distance I would have to travel to complete the deal, requesting an expeditious co deposit for the lease of the car. I live in NH and made clear the distance I would have to travel to complete the deal, requesting an expeditious completion once I arrived. I arrived to find that I could not complete the deal because I didn't bring a temp NH license plate. I left with the understanding I could complete on next visit. I called the following day to make sure the deal could be completed if I brought the plates. I was told the deal could be completed but, when I was half way there I was told that the "finance guy" was not available on Sunday and I could not get the car. I called another dealer (in MA) and he matched the price, and delivered the car to me at my home the following day. Copeland should have a simple process for out of state sales (as most dealers do) and make the sale simple and painless (as the dealer I ultimately purchased from did) It seemed as if they had never sold a car to someone out of state before.
