After working with several other Toyota dealerships, I found Copeland to be extremely helpful. I did not enter the dealership with the intention of buying a car. The sales team did not pressure me into making a decision, but instead educated me on the features and options of the various models, allowing me to make an educated decision. After looking at several models, I decided to purchase a new Highlander. Copeland helped me with the financing, working with my bank who ultimately provided the loan. I feel I received a fair deal on my new car, and a great customer service experience from everyone at the dealership. More

Since the day that I purchased my vehicle at Copeland Toyota, I have always returned there for regular maintenance and repairs. To this date, I have always been pleased with the quality of service. The service specialists are professional and friendly. The technicians work in a timely fashion. If the situation is taking longer than originally was anticipated, the service specialists keep you informed of the progress being made and the reason for the delay. I also feel very comfortable asking questions and trust the answers that I have received. Dave MacCormick inspires one to have confidence in the service department and I trust that I am getting an honest opinion when I ask him a question. There are a few Toyota dealerships that would be closer for me to take my vehicle, but they do not inspire the trust that I have at Copeland. The service set up is second to none. With drive in service, the weather is never a problem. I am promptly greeted and my vehicle is "prepped" for service. The waiting area is spacious, welcoming and comfortable. More

Steve Brennan is a great salesman, and my first contact with your dealership (yours was the 14th dealership I had checked out). The other person is Nicole Rodriguez. She was very reassuring, and knowledgeable. I'm sure I was the 200th person she dealt with on the Tacoma buyback program, but it never felt that way. Both of these individuals deserve recognition. Rest assured that I will recommend Copeland Toyota to all my friends and family. More

I purchased a Toyota Solara from copeland and was happy with the quality of the vehicle. I made the purchase with a trade and was approaced with full disclosure. I was able to get into a Toyota with minimal impact on my current lifesytle and comfortable with the payments. My salesman was paul attardo and he was a very friendly and personable individual. He was clear and honest with me throughout the entire transaction. The financing portion of the sale went smoothly and I was comfortable with the terms of the loan. The finance manager was very informative and extremely professional. I was in the dealership for a relatively short period of time in comparison to previous experience at other dealerships. Normally im kept in the building and begin to feel as if Im being kidnapped by salesman. I did not feel this way at all and felt free to leave or change my mind at any time. I was not pushed to buy, it was a very positive environment. I would also like to applaud the dealership for creating comfortable service areas for both their customers and employees. I have seen the good, bad and the outright ugly and this is not even on the chart. I have to say that the service center at Copeland is the best I have ever seen. The climate controlled service area for the mechanics help ensure technical proficiency by keeping technicians comfortable. The service waiting area for customers is fantastic and provides alot of ammenities not normally offered for customers anywhere else. Massage chairs for customers? That in itself deserves award for excellence. If there isnt one for providing massage chairs then one should be made up for that reason alone. Thank You, NP More

I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. The service was excellent and my helper, I believe his name was Joe, was very through in the paperwork. He caught an error in my order that saved not only unnecessary work from being done but money. I was treated very nicely by the dealers in the showroom while i waited. I was in and out within 45 min and the car runs much better. Joe Triple checked everything and gave me a rundown of all the work that was done that day. I had agreat experience at Copeland Toyota and I will be returning there next time I need a check up.Thank you so much. More
