I purchased my Toyota Matrix at Copland Toyota just over a year ago. I have brought the car back for scheduled service since then. Every single time I have an quick and painless experience. The last time I brought it in I mentioned a noise I was hearing in the front end. Apparently it was an undocumented recall. They did not have the parts but later that week they called to get me in for service ASAP. I was able to rent a car for no cost while they corrected the problem, the car was ready when they said it would be, and it cost me $5 (for gas in the rental). I will keep going back! More

I took time out of my Sunday to drive down (little less than an hour) to the Copeland Toyota Dealership in Brockton and met with a pleasant fellow named Tony. I explained to Tony that I was there to see the online advertised Demo #82488 and gave him the printed information on the vehicle. He asked me to wait while he went to check on it and returned with the keys. We went to the car which had the same VIN number as the Copeland advertisement and took it out for a ride. I liked the vehicle very much and told Tony let's go back in and talk about arranging payment. I advised my expectation was to trade my excellent 2006 Dbl Cab Tundra 4x4 with 44,500 mile on it and finance the balance thru Toyota Financial Services. Tony went away and came back to advise there is a big $10, 000 error in the price advertised and the new sell price of this vehicle is $38,937 in spite of all the WAS, NOW and YOU SAVE numbers in the advertisement. I don't know why they didn't tell me that to begin with as it would have saved us both a lot of time. At that point all I had to say was I wasted my time coming down due to the false advertising and now I get to regret the fact for the next hour driving home. I got an email from Copeland Toyota the following day that saying essentially "sorry for the typo" Enjoy the Holiday. One would think a "Certified" dealer would be better at issuing adds then this example of Bait & Ops, Typo...But the manager did say they were receiving a lot of calls... This is why I have given this dealer a poor rating and would not waste my time with them again! The very best Toyota dealer I have dealer with and is well worth the drive no matter where you come from is Acton Toyota which in my opinion has earned it very high Dealer rating as noted at this site. You cannot find a better internet sales person than Steve Jensen at Acton Toyota. This is the dealership I intend to buy a Sequoia from this coming spring. More
