Needed service to new car. Before I could ask about a rental it was at the door and being warmed up and at no charge. We have been customers for many years and as a family have purchased eleven(11) Toyotas from Copeland. We currently have 4 Toyotas in our family.You are doing a lot of things exceptionally well. The staff,service and sales,have always tried their best to do the job required and gone "over and above" on many occasions.Five years ago we moved from Braintree to Hanover--- not convenient to Brockton and we continue to do all our service at Copeland and will purchase new cars this coming year,we hope. A rating of 10 in my book. Bought my 1st SUV in 2004 and had a great expirence, had total service with Copeland and never had a problem. Now i own two Toyota's and i will continue to buy from Copeland when had a great expirence, had total service with Copeland and never had a problem. Now i own two Toyota's and i will continue to buy from Copeland when my children need cars. I recommended friends to buy cars at copeland and they had the same expirence. what else can i say, Thank you Copeland!!! More
My visit to Copeland Toyota was for the 10K service for my 2008 Highlander, which was completed quickly on a Saturday morning, and I was on my way. A couple days before my appointment, I emailed the parts my 2008 Highlander, which was completed quickly on a Saturday morning, and I was on my way. A couple days before my appointment, I emailed the parts department asking for the best price on all-weather floor mats for my Highlander. I received a quote on the mats from Mark, asked him to order the mats for me, and told him I when I would be at the dealership for my 10K service. While having my Highlander serviced, I picked up the mats from the Parts department. The parts manager on duty told what the retail price of the mats was, and I realized that Mark had quoted them to me at a good discount. Before having my car serviced, I also checked the price of 10K service at another dealership (the big one on Route 1). Copeland's price for 10K service was quite a bit less than the other dealership. Overall I am pleased with the cost of service, the cost of the mats, and the speedy appointment to have the service done. More

Then we had the pleasure of meeting Shahzad Shahad who handeled the the finances and final paperwork. He was very helpfull and we finished all the paperwork and were on our way. All in all it was a pleasant experience and the personel who delt with us were professional and polite and friendly. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
We purchased 2 Toyota Yarises last year & have been extremely satisfied with all service visits at Copeland. We recently relocated to Providence (over an hour away) & regretted to schedule an oil chang extremely satisfied with all service visits at Copeland. We recently relocated to Providence (over an hour away) & regretted to schedule an oil change with local Fox Toyota. Upon arrival at Fox, seeing the dilapidated facility & unfriendly welcome reception, I immediately cancelled the appointment & walked out! I rescheduled with Copeland the next day & will NEVER return to Fox. The high-quality of red carpet service our family receives from Copeland is so important to us that we will continue to drive over an hour for all of our service & maintenance! I can only dream of the day Copeland purchases the Fox location & does a complete overhaul upgrade! More

I don't usually use a dealership for repairs on my autos. However, I moved to MA about a year ago, I needed warrantee repair on my auto, and could find no dealership near my home to return calls or respond. I finally found Copeland Toyota via a TV commercial. Copeland Toyota is 1 hr from my home, but I thought I would give them a chance. They went above and beyond to help me. The warrantee work was completed within a week, I needed to wait for the part. This was such a good experience, I brought both my autos in for scheduled maintenance. The staff could not be friendlier, the work was completed in less time than predicted, and the price came in under my personal predictions. On a personal note, I also don't usually respond to requests like these for feedback, but I have been so pleased with this company, I would recommend them to anyone who asks. More
I was quite satisfied with my experience at Copeland Toyota. My care is still under warrenty and I needed my radio checked out, a new one was ordered and installed with no problem. I drive to Copeland from Quincy to get my car serviced because of the massage chairs and WiFi. I get to sit down, get some work done and get a massage while I wait for my car to be serviced.
