What I liked the most about Copeland was that no one pushed me to buy. When I arrived at the lot to take a test drive, they had all the information ready, no surprise nor number game going back and forth behind the wall. Everything was clear. Both my sales man and the finance advisor gave me enough time to search my finance options to choose. I ended up getting financed from them as they also offered a good rate in my favor. They blew all the negative images of car dealerships I had had in the past. Thank you Copeland for the most hassle-free and the best car purchase experience. More

Internet comparisons and pricing is , for me , the most efficient way to go when purchasing a car. Stephen Hurley e-mailed all itemized information about the car with no haggle pricing. Brian followed up nicely in Stephen's absesce. Compared to all other dealers' quotes, Copeland came out on top. When competitors sent me their on-line quotes, I copied and pasted Copeland's quote to ask if they could match or beat the price. Their response was "good luck,you got a great deal." Accompanying great pricing was the professionalism and no-pressure approach of the salespeople. My daughter and I worked with Tony Fontes,a nice guy who finalized the sale with a good deal. All the salespeople appeared like good guys; the managers are usually the ones to watch out for; however, they too were great as evidenced by Jay. See ya soon! More

One thing that may not be a bad idea with the new 2009 tacoma's is to explain the xm ready radio and on the tacomas, even my 2007 the FM antenna generally is loose and requires thread lock to keep it in place. I have found blogs regarding both items. I am not dissapointed at all and I am not complaining, just wanted to make these items known. Thanks Eric More

On Saturday, 12/20/08 I inquired online about a Toyota Tacoma truck and had a response within the hour. As there was a snow storm on Sunday, 12/21/08 I was unable to get to the dealership, but called them Tacoma truck and had a response within the hour. Both my husband and I took out cars in for service the same day. As promised my car (oil change and tire rotation) was completed in 45 minutes. I enjoy spending my money at Copland Toyota. This dealer treats me like I am a king and they care very much to make me and my family comfortable in an otherwise stressful area of car shopping. At 53 years of age, I have bought many cars in my life. We did not always have computers, Edmonds.com, and Consumer Reports to help us car shop. As a matter of fact my rule was always get as close to 20% off the MSRP sticker. By the way, that was always on General Motors cars that I no longer buy since 2000. My first Toyota was a 2000 Avalon XLS. I only buy Toyotas now and would never consider another American car ever again. I do find Infinity cars very intriguing. I would recommend Copeland Toyota to everyone and I have as they work hard to satisfy their customers from A to Z. The owners are always there and the service dept. gets to know you on a personal basis. I like that! So Bravo to Copeland Toyota, they do a gr8 job! More
My wife and I went to Copeland Toyota on 3 different occasions to purchase a "new demo" 4Runner and after being told that our offer couldn't possibly be accepted because they were "into" it for more mon occasions to purchase a "new demo" 4Runner and after being told that our offer couldn't possibly be accepted because they were "into" it for more money than we were offering, I told Connie and George that we would be going elsewhere and buy a brand new non-demo 4Runner. Connie inquired why we wouldn't buy it from them and I asked him why would we buy from Copeland when they wouldn't work with us on the previous 4Runner deal? We immediately left and went to Clair Toyota and as the wife was signing away on her brand new 4Runner, Connie called me to let me know that our offer was in fact accepted. Oops, too late, too bad so sad! I wouldn't reccomend Copeland Toyota for oil changes! More
