I have had only good experiences with Copeland Toyota. They described the possibilities available--and then listened to what I wanted to buy rather than simply what they wanted to sell. The sales person checked computer inventories throughout the Boston metro area and--even though I did not believe him and had to go to many (four) of the dealerships myself--he was entirely accurate in his assessment of what vehicles were available in the Boston metro region. Since then, the service has been impeccable (even though, as some of the service reps have pointed out, my car sports a very small Detroit Tiger sticker here in Red Sox nation!!!). It's a bit pricey, relative to independent mechanics--but the service needed is completed within the time frame described. In addition, they make it very easy to schedule service appointments, both by phone and on-line. One time, a service rep went out of her way--I did not request this service--to let me know that they could let me have a loaner vehicle while the service was being completed. I have recommended Copeland Toyota to everyone interested in purchasing a Toyota product. More

I had called them and spoken with Steve Hurley looking for what they would give me for my trade after having a terrible experience with another dealership. He was able to check with their appraisers and give me a rough estimate of what they could give me for my trade, sign unseen. I went in, they had exactly what I had wanted, certified with low miles, they gave me more than what I had expected for my trade and also took money off of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was given the salesperson Sean to assist me. He was very pleasant and professional. I bought the vehicle with them. The overall process was done in about an hour, from test drive to paperwork. This is my second Toyota, and first I had purchased with them. When it comes time some day to by another Toyota, I will certainly head to Copeland again. More

Nothing else needs to be said about Copeland Toyota's Service Department. The service I received was extremely curtious and very professional. And if you don't know it, that's a good thing. I beleive Toyota is an great vehicle, but every vehicle needs to be serviced. Unlike other dealerships I've been to, at Copeland Toyota, I am always greeted immediately and there is always someone there to Toyota a dozen times. Everyone is exceptionally helpful, friendly and works hard. I recommend Copeland to everyone who mentions considering a car -- and when I start to think about purchasing a new car, staying with Copeland is one of the reason (in addition to reliability... but there are other manufacturers who also have a reliable product) that I think of staying with Toyota.... but if you don't continue to have a convertible, I'm not sure what I'll do. Anyway, Copeland provides a great experience. More
