My wife and I came in to just browse for a potential new truck; specifically the Toyota Highlander. Joe Avilla was there to greet us when we walked in. We sat down went over different models/year. We were always greated with a smile when we entered the dealership and dealt with respect. The dealership itself was clean and bright though it's children's room could use more toys with complete parts or dealership and dealt with respect. We did a clash for clunkers deal when we purchased our 2010 Corolla and even though the process was frustrating for everyone Copeland Toyota did their best to keep us updated and to help us through it. I always enjoy coming to Copeland. Everyone is friendly, and the service is done as quickly, but as efficiently, as possible. I have developed a sense of confidence in the work that is done, plus in the se and the service is done as quickly, but as efficiently, as possible. I have developed a sense of confidence in the work that is done, plus in the service reps that greet me. John and all the others bend over backwards to accomodate me and my strange schedule. So, I give the Service Department my best AAA+++ due to friendliness, speed of service, honesty in pricing, and being able to stretch to make room for my weird schedule, especially when I needed to drop in without telephoning first (burned-out headlight). Also, when I'm waiting, there is always free coffee, comfortable seating, and great television. Also, I get to wander around to see what's for sale, and the Sale people are always friendly! All of this is why I have been coming back to Copeland for over 20 years. More

This was the best car buying experience I have had to date. After sending an e-mail inquiry to the dealership about a used Sienna I received a very helpful e-mail from Brian Dombrowski listing the price date. After more research and talking with other dealerships we decided to buy new. Brian's interaction with me was always professional, respectful and informative. Since we had similar quotes from more than one dealership it came down to which dealership we wanted to do business with. After reading other reviews we decided to go to Copeland. We worked with Joe Avilla and Steve Hurley who were also very curtious, professional and friendly. No sales tricks or "how much do you want to pay" tactics. Laura Williams took care of the financial paperwork quickly and was also a pleasure to work with. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with Copeland Toyota and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Toyota. More
When I decided to take the leap and buy a new car to replace my 20 year old truck under the Cash for Clunkers program, I wanted to check out the Scion XB. I headed for Copeland for a look around. Once there, I was introduced to Sean Richards who got me right out for a test drive in an XB. I loved the car but wanted one with less options. We got the paperwork for the government all done and Sean took care of getting the car that had what I wanted and arranging for financing. Once we got the okay from Uncle Sam, Laura went over all the financing and the optional programs and Sean took charge of having my hand controls installed in accordance with the Toyota mobility program. Any time that I had questions, Sean always had answers and he always called me back. Finally, the big day arrived for me to pick up the car and everyone was so friendly and just as excited as I was about it. I love my car, I loved the service and I will recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Toyota product. I'm thrilled to have done business with such a superior dealer. More
