This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, the employees were nothing but helpful. My problem is not with this dealership. As a matter of fact, the service at the dealership is fabulous. My problem is with the manufacturer (Toyota)and issues w/ its line of automobiles that, in my humble fact, the service at the dealership is fabulous. We purchased an 08 Scion xd after talking with Steve and Joe. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and its accessories, and Joe helped us to get the deal done as soon as possible. Copeland Toyota was the first dealership I have visited that did not attempt the expected car salesman tactics. Copeland matched the exact price I asked for, with only a few standard questions, and they expeditiously handled my trade-in, financing, and purchase. I drove off in my new car after a very straightforward and hassle-free two hours. My sales rep and the managers I met were highly professional and gave off an air of friendly intelligence. I went to Copeland on a recommendation, and left ready to pass on the same good recommendation. More

The team worked diligently to search for the right vehicle for me (color, options etc), and found the perfect car. There was absolutely no pressure through the process, even though it would have been esier to push me into a vehicle they had on the lot that was missing just a few of my desired options. Lastly, I expect that when I get that level of service, I would be requried to pay more. I was pleaseantly surprised that the cost was the best I could have received from any surrrounding dealer. After checking this website recomendations on this dealer, I went to buy get a good deal on a toyota camry, but I got screw at the end.
