I've always wanted a Toyota. I heard that Copland Toyota had excellent customer service, so I would check out their used inventory every so often online. I found a wonderful used car. Went to the dealership had excellent customer service, so I would check out their used inventory every so often online. I found a wonderful used car. Went to the dealership to look at and test drive this car. I was immediately and pleasantly greeted. It was slightly over my price range, but the salesman worked in some discounts and a payment plan that met my budget. Now I have a wonderful new/used car that I got at a quick and friendly pace. I am also satisfied that I know I will get this service every time I need routine maintenance done on my car and if anything goes wrong it will be taken care of properly. Thank You Copeland! More
Nothing bad to say about this dealership. I originally sent out emails through the Toyota corporate website to several Toyota dealerships south of Boston (five to be exact). Four replied, one MAJOR deale sent out emails through the Toyota corporate website to several Toyota dealerships south of Boston (five to be exact). Four replied, one MAJOR dealership never even responded until weeks later after Toyota corporate asked me if they replied, so I didn't even bother "coming on down" to them. Copeland was one of the only dealerships to give me an honest, low, upfront price on the specific vehicle I requested. Many gave prices on another models, other colors, not the options I asked for, and some even added in EVERY discount available, that I wouldn't have even qualified for, to make the price look lower to get you in (active military, retired, new grad, you name it). I have continued to go to them for service which I have also been very happy with: fast, friendly, great comfortable waiting area, coffee, TVs, magazines, papers, snacks available. And I don't feel ripped off on the prices for service. Much better than Chrysler and Mercury dealerships I have dealt with in the past. --- CHECK OUT THE TOYOTA CREDIT CARD. Rewards points almost completely pay for scheduled service on the car... Serious bonus… More

I already bought a new Tacoma from Copeland in 2005. We recently lost our 2003 Camry in an accident. I was amazed how much Toyotas hold their value when the Ins. check came in. When I found out our 2003 wa recently lost our 2003 Camry in an accident. I was amazed how much Toyotas hold their value when the Ins. check came in. When I found out our 2003 was totaled I called the dealer and asked Ivan about the current incentives. The next day Ivan called back and said I could get a free Lojack and 0% fin. for 3 years on a new 2011 Camry. When I arrived at the dealer Ivan was not working so they set me up with Franco Leonard. We picked out the car we liked went for a test drive and then sat down to make the deal. Franco is a great Sales Person, he went out of his way to help us. I figured I was in the invoice area when Max the manager got involved. All said and done we bought the Camry in about 30 minutes. We love our 2011 Spruce Mica Camry. Our 2003 Camry was hard to beat but this car does it. I ended up with a better deal then I planned. If you want a Toyota go to Copeland and see Franco. When you need service for your Toyota, ask for Charlie in the Service Dept. he always takes good care of me. More
Have been dealing with John McMullin at Copeland Toyota for 10 to 15 years, always friendly and helpful. Have always found the entire staff friendly and pleasant. This is just fill in, I could not submit m for 10 to 15 years, always friendly and helpful. Have always found the entire staff friendly and pleasant. This is just fill in, I could not submit my comments, reason given they to short. It really seems a little stupid that you ask for an opinion, and then tell the customer they have not said enough. I now have over 250 characters and can submit. More

My Avalon has been experiencing minor squeaks and rough operation when I applied my brakes. I considered going to the dealer from whom I purchased my car, Boch Toyota of Norwood, but of late Boch had been operation when I applied my brakes. I considered going to the dealer from whom I purchased my car, Boch Toyota of Norwood, but of late Boch had been quoting what I thought were large figures for common repairs, leading me to this site and to Copeland Toyota - Scion. I called Copeland and was told I could bring my car in within the hour, where I met immediately with Paul G. in the Service Department. The Copeland team found that my brakes were in fact OK, and that the rough ride was caused by third party brakes I'd had installed 50,000 mi ago. Paul gave me the option of repairing the brakes using Toyota parts, but told me I did not have a safety problem. I decided to defer any action on the brakes. My Avalon had another problem which I'd not yet had fixed due to cost. The "VSC" and "Check Engine" lights were on due to a faulty oxygen sensor, but Boch advised it would cost $2,000 to fix and I wanted to defer that expense as long as possible. I asked Paul to examine the problem and propose some solutions. Copeland found two TSB's (Service Bulletins) on the sensors and quoted both options: one would replace the sensor and a manifold, and would cost approximately $1500 (the same was $2,000 at Boch), while the second option, which I selected, replaced the faulty sensor with a new version of the original sensor, costing only $500! This was $1500 less than the quote from Boch. The total service time was only two hours. I'll be bringing both my Toyota's to Copeland for service. More

This is our third purchase of a Camry in the past 10 years from Copeland Toyota. From the moment you step onto the lot you are greeted by a "no-pressure" employee which is a treat in intself. Rich Trie years from Copeland Toyota. From the moment you step onto the lot you are greeted by a "no-pressure" employee which is a treat in intself. Rich Trieber was "our person" this time and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took us on our test drive with my husband at the wheel. Once we had decided on our new car we were brought into the dealership where we were met by Jay who remembered us from 6 years ago when we purchased our 2004 Camry. He greeted us by name. I was impressed!! And the dealership--a customer's dream! Absolutely gorgeous with so many wonderful amenities for customer comfort!! Quite simply, Copeland Toyota trys harder to please. I believe that is why they are successful and why I would refer my family and friends to them. More
