Had the car in for factory recall, LOF, alignment and rotate and balance. Brian from Copeland's service dept. called to tell me it needed tires, but that since I had bought the car from them only a few m rotate and balance. This was my second experience working with Copeland Toyota and both times I found them to be upfront and open with all the options available to me. It was a bit unusual to be looking to buy another Toyota and both times I found them to be upfront and open with all the options available to me. It was a bit unusual to be looking to buy another car just 3 months after buying a van, but this happened because of events in my family. I was not prepared for the amount of money I had lost on my first purchase in such a short time, it floored me. Franko's suggestion to lease also floored me. BUT he was able to give me the time to absorb the implications and make an informed decision, he did not pressure me in any way. If he had pressured me, I don't think he would have made the sale. I am certain that I will be very happy with my Camry and we'll see what happens in 3 years when the lease is complted. More
