I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know , I was treated in a professional manner , there wer no games played regarding price of the car etc. I had gone to other dealers prior to Copeland and my was treated in a professional manner , there wer no games played regarding price of the car etc. I had gone to other dealers prior to Copeland and my experience at McGee and Express-way were horrendous. I had been thinking of a new car for awhile but, didn't knew which dealer to go to when my sister recommended Copeland and Tony Petti I made an appointment and was a happy person that my experience was knew which dealer to go to when my sister recommended Copeland and Tony Petti I made an appointment and was a happy person that my experience was better than the last dealership I went to 11 years ago. Tony had all the answers to my questions and also gave me a great tour of the dealership and introduce me to everyone (Hope I remember them all). I also meet with the finance person and she was also very helpful (Linda?). On the day of pick-up Tony was running alittle late but Carlos stepped right in he had all the information and took good care of me the car was ready to take and Tony came back went over everything on the car and what it does. I was so happy with the service I received from everyone that was involved with the car. I haven't used the service department yet but if they are as good or better I'm all set. It also was great to see the owner of Copeland out and about on the floor and talking to customers and his salespeople. Once I purchased the car the service department said it will go right to a secure area until pick-up. I will give their to anyone that asks. More

I like the dealership, service managers and quality of work. However, paying almost $45 for an oil change and filter is a little bit over the top. When the recommended oil change interval was 3000 miles work. However, paying almost $45 for an oil change and filter is a little bit over the top. When the recommended oil change interval was 3000 miles you were charging half the price for this service. Now that the recommended interval has been increased to 5000 miles you have almost doubled the price for the same service. Is this price increase to make up for the fact that now the car will only need 3 oil changes every 15,000 miles as opposed to 5? More
Clean dealership, comfortable waiting area. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Conveniently located. Copeland holds true to warranty work and covered services. I was not impressed with this dealership. Brian, the customer service rep was very nice, gave me an emailed internet price for a 2008 Toyota Camry XLE that he honored. When I came into dealershp was sho customer service rep was very nice, gave me an emailed internet price for a 2008 Toyota Camry XLE that he honored. When I came into dealershp was shown the car and it had a busted door! Very tacky. The manager Jay was not nice about it all, told me it would cost $800 to fix and the price of car was low enough. He expressed disapproval at the internet price quoted me by Brian and said generally internet prices are "used to get customers in the store"-when I pressed on getting the door replaced, he said he would consider it if I bought the car. Further pressesd, he agreed he wouldn't buy a car with a busted door for his own family members! Because of this poor customer service on the part of the manager, who was in the business 20 some years he claimed, they lost my business! I went to Braintree Toyota! More

Service was excellent - but we did have one issue: waited weeks for a parts to be installed. Was told it may take some time because of the Japan crisis. After 2 or 3 weeks we called Copeland. The part was in and service had a scheduled appointment made for my vehicle. This was a surprise because: I had to call the dealership to check on the part, it was there, no one contacted me; and a service appointment was made, again no one contacted me regarding the appointment. Found it odd that service had received the long-awaited parts, made a service appointment, but never contacted me regarding anything, I had to call. Made me wonder how long the parts were there and how did the department make an appointment for me without asking me if it was a convenient time? More
I picked up my black Toyota Sienna 2011 today. I had a great experience at Copeland Toyota; no gimmicks, no painful phone calls, and no dreadful emails. The sales rep their Freddie Rodriguez was top notch. Freddie knows his job, was always on time, didn't waste my time, had the car ready today, and answered all of my questions.
