Yesterday, I had the pleasure of leasing a Highlander from Copeland Toyota. I have never written a review of a dealership before, but felt compelled to because of the excellent customer experience and s from Copeland Toyota. I want to note that this is the sixth time that I have leased or purchased a vehicle, and about the tenth time that have negotiated with a dealer. I wanted to take advantage of the factory promotion on the Highlander, and contacted several area dealers. I used TrueCar.com to determine what others have paid for the vehicle, Cars.com to determine dealer stock and Leaseguide.com to reacquaint myself with the details of leasing and advice for a lease-to-lease trade. I had the opportunity to talk with Internet Sales at Copeland and I can say that this was the very first time that a dealer was willing to go through the lease terms on the phone -- this is an extremely non-trivial point and is extremely rare. Even though the extended price and terms were amazing, they were not significantly different from other dealers, but the willingness to discuss the lease terms by phone won me over. I was greeted by Scott from Internet Sales upon arrival, and introduced to Vernel who would be my sales person. Vernel has several years of experience with Toyota and had knowledge of the product. Even though he was extremely busy with finalizing previous sales and deliveries, he was very helpful and willing to take the time to address all of my questions and concerns. I was given an extremely fair price for my trade, based on NADA and KBB, without negotiation -- another non-trivial point. I then had the pleasure of working with Shahzad from Finance. Shahzad too has several years of experience in Finance at Copeland, and very smoothly worked up all of the contracts and paperwork, getting these things done quickly and in time to finalize insurance with my insurance agents and register the vehicle. He also took care of canceling my lease plates and forwarding on the cancellation to my insurance -- something relatively easy to do, but something I now did not have to do myself. Lastly, his offer for contract add-ons was pressure-free (I did purchase gap insurance on the lease, which he thoroughly explained the value of, and was willing to negotiate). I cannot recommend Copeland any higher to potential buyers. There are many Toyota dealerships to consider in MA, but this dealer really stands out. Another good example -- Service had closed before the inspection could be completed, and Copeland cut the check to reimburse me for the out-of-pocket cost of having the inspection done elsewhere before I drove off. Do yourself a favor and at least work with this dealer and the staff I dealt with if you are considering a Toyota vehicle. More
Copeland was awesome! We weren't sure which car we were in the market to buy. After a negative experience at another Toyota dealership in the area, we went to Copeland on a recommendation. We dealt with Tim who was knowledgeable, friendly, and low-pressure. He really knew his vehicles and the market - was a total pleasure to deal with. We ended up going to another type of car, but I wanted to add this because of our good experience there. We'd recommend it to anyone and would go there in a minute if ever in the market for a Toyota. Like most, I hate that stereotypical car salesman experience that many of us, including myself, have experienced. When that happens it is extremely annoying. My sales consultant at Copeland Toyota, Tim McDermott, was the opposite of that stereotype. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Tim. More
William greeted me as I got out of my car. He was very friendly and sincere. He understood what was important to me as far as price, the amount of room I need in a car and being good on gas. No one wants to spend a day or even a few hours with a car salesperson, however, we had an extremely pleasant experience.. Allen was polite, funny and has a good business quality about him that we would recommend to anyone. I am not the easiest person to win over, and he never once took that smile off his face... Best car buying experience ever. Our salesmen,Regi, was great. He greeted us on arrival and brought us to his desk so he could find out what we were looking for and how he can help us. We told Regi we wanted to lease a Camry XLE and Regi went to work for us. They gave us a great value for our trade and beat the quotes we had received from some other dealers without any pressure or taking much time. Regi followed through with the whole process. (ask for him he is excellent). We met with Steve Buchanan in the finance dept and that too was the best experience we have had in a auto dealers finance department. He was extremely friendly and prompt. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jim Egan and he was very nice too. This is the place to go when you need a Toyota. More

I purchased a 2008 Camry after 22,000 miles I had warped rotors and that effected my brakes, they resurfaced my rotors at no cost but I had to pay for the front brakes even though I had two mechanics tell rotors and that effected my brakes, they resurfaced my rotors at no cost but I had to pay for the front brakes even though I had two mechanics tell me the brakes only worn because of the rotors. At 41,000 miles it happend again this time I demanded new rotors, (not for sure if they did it or not) They covered the rotors not the brakes again. This time all brakes had to be replaces so did all the rotors. That was 3 sets of front brakes and 2 sets of back brakes and two sets of rotors under 42,000 miles. I have never owned a vehicle that I had to replace brakes or rotors at 22,000 miles They wouldn't cover my brakes because I was not a LOYAL CUSTOMER. I have owned two toyota's and because I have my car serviced(oil, tires rotated etc.) somewhere else I was not considered a loyal customer. I spent $20,000 on the car brand new. I called corporate and they told me that was the reason I didn't get the brakes replaced for free. I will never ever buy a toyota and my friends after hearing my experience will not buy one either if they do it will not be from Copeland. More

Copeland was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had. My wife was involved in a horrible car accident and her vehicle was a total loss. Once we decided that the 4 runner was the right vehicle ther was no price haggle, amazing deal, and tremendous customer service. Most sales reps there have years of experience .
