The yearly service on my Highlander, on this visit was, as always, exceptional. Every question I had was addressed and a video link was shared where the technician showed and explained exactly what the results were from their inspection in relation to my specific concerns. I then received a phone call to discuss all the results of the additional inspection. (I actually had an answer to one question as soon as I mentioned it. My car has a safety feature that engages when necessary and just like that “poop” no more worries!)
