I have used Copeland for service for all of the I Toyotas leased over the past 10 or more years and the service has always been great. Making appointments was so easy and worked within my schedule. This ye leased over the past 10 or more years and the service has always been great. Making appointments was so easy and worked within my schedule. This year I wanted to purchase my vehicle rather than lease and decided since I had such good experience with the service department at Copeland, why not purchase from them? Best experience in my life! I used the Toyota website to make my choice of vehicle (2026 Rav4 Hybrid LE) and met with a fantastic salesperson. My Rav4 was ordered and was delivered within a perfect time frame. The salesperson kept me informed as to the build, shipping, and expected delivery dates. And today, when I picked up the vehicle, I received excellent demonstrations on all the features, which were so advanced compared to my 2018 Rav4. I did need quite a bit more attention on setting up my Toyota App on my cell phone, but it was given to me patiently and graciously. What a wonderful experience! More
