Normally I have a great experience but this time was a long wait with no communication of when the service would be done. It was only an oil change, my appointment was at 10:40 and my car wasn’t ready unt long wait with no communication of when the service would be done. It was only an oil change, my appointment was at 10:40 and my car wasn’t ready until after 4pm. I was told it would be ready “soon” which is why I chose not to be sent home to wait but it took hours. No real apology for the inconvenience which was disappointing. I have had great experiences here but this one was very disappointing. More
