Great first car! I came to Copeland for my first car and it was so easy! Bill Thomas was so helpful and nice! Our salesman, Alan was able to move the process forward quickly. There was none of the phony negotiations and our time was not wasted. The business people were knowledgeable when laying out our options and were able to answer our questions. They even took the extract step to double check with Toyota on a question related to the extended warranty. We would highly recommend dealing with Copeland. We have been loyal service customers for years but this is our first time buying a car at Copeland. They will be our first choice going forward. More
