George was our salesperson.He was attentive to our needs,informative and never pushy.They gave us a fair price on my old car and I was very pleased with what I paid for my Subaru Outback.There was no back and forth with anyone's boss or any other games.Everything was straight up and above board.George guided us through the whole process and I have to say it was easily the best car buying experience of my life and I'm in my seventies. George Costa George kept me in mind, called when he had a possible match for what I was looking for. He took me for 2 rides where the cars weren't up to par and s George kept me in mind, called when he had a possible match for what I was looking for. He took me for 2 rides where the cars weren't up to par and said "I'm embarrassed." His honesty impressed me. When I took a spin on another model on another day... this was it! The price was less than intended because of a sticker mess-up and he honored the price in my favor. All in all, I found George charming, straightforward, fun to deal with and very available. George Mead was very professional, thorough and efficient while being so personable and chatty about fun trips, adventures. He remembers interactions months afterwards. Super friendly. Jim Welch was easy to relate to about car repairs (amazing) and Rob Rooney was so polite, friendly and efficient in getting the service job taken care of! I LOVE Beard Subaru! More

I've never felt pressured and that is important to me; I want to be happy with my decisions , not because someone pressured me into making a decision. Everyone at Beard is nice and, for me, I want to give kudos to George Costa. George has helped me in the last few years with my choices of new Subaru Foresters. He is relaxed-no hard sell-and knows the Subaru product. He doesn't try to steer me into a sale, but is helpful in presenting information about aspects of the model I'm interested in so that I can make a good and happy decision...and yes, I'm very happy with my new Forester. And by the way, it is a beautiful spring sage kind of green; makes me smile just to look at it and even more happy how it handles on curves. Awesome car! My experience is a 5-star. I thank George Costa for caring that I find the right Subaru and making the entire experience so stressless and easy. I also thank the "paper" department (all the paper that we read and sign when we close the deal) for the helpfulness and friendliness. I dropped my wife's car a day early because she was in hospital recovering from some pretty scary emergency surgery. and I was coming down with a horrible case of the flu. Through the fog of these things, the new Service Manager listened carefully & got everything right. By the time the car was finished everything had been attended to correctly, even a thing that had been attempted several times before. Most of this was at no cost, including a ride from my home to pick up the vehicle. Everyone was friendly, outgoing and helpful. No exceptions. In my experience this is rare and worth noting. More
Incredible Experience I have been buying cars regularly for 35 years now and without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience of all. If I had to summarize with just I have been buying cars regularly for 35 years now and without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience of all. If I had to summarize with just one word it would be "family". The Beard Subaru "family" was warm, welcoming, patient, informed, and most of all eager to please. We had never owned a Subaru before and had many questions about reliability, technology and most of all about the symmetrical all-wheel drive. Our wonderful salesman, George Costa, handled all of our questions with a very honest ease. There was no sales pitch, just a straight forward explanation. We had a couple of other concerns about financing, delivery times, and service all of which George fielded with a comfortable expertise. And if there was something out of the ordinary he went and found the correct answer. Later we had the opportunity to meet the Sales Manger Dan Stewart and George Mead the Business Manager. Again, the overarching theme was "welcome to our family". We are so glad we ventured into Beard Subaru and even happier that we had George Costa help us find the perfect Subaru for my commute to Boston. As far as I'm concerned we are now life long customers and enthusiasts. More
Superb Service! Jen provided superb service. So much so that I texted my husband while my car was being serviced and said this is a big part of why we have gotten t Jen provided superb service. So much so that I texted my husband while my car was being serviced and said this is a big part of why we have gotten two cars from Beard Subaru--superb service (and our fair salesman, George). I brought my car in for the annual inspection but after inspection, it needed other work. The service department (via Jen) was able to get all the work done before I left for the afternoon at a reasonable price. Thank you, George (our salesman) and Jen (service) for providing fair and superb customer service! More
