I dropped my wife's car a day early because she was in hospital recovering from some pretty scary emergency surgery. and I was coming down with a horrible case of the flu. Through the fog of these things, the new Service Manager listened carefully & got everything right. By the time the car was finished everything had been attended to correctly, even a thing that had been attempted several times before. Most of this was at no cost, including a ride from my home to pick up the vehicle. Everyone was friendly, outgoing and helpful. No exceptions. In my experience this is rare and worth noting. More
Incredible Experience I have been buying cars regularly for 35 years now and without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience of all. If I had to summarize with just I have been buying cars regularly for 35 years now and without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience of all. If I had to summarize with just one word it would be "family". The Beard Subaru "family" was warm, welcoming, patient, informed, and most of all eager to please. We had never owned a Subaru before and had many questions about reliability, technology and most of all about the symmetrical all-wheel drive. Our wonderful salesman, George Costa, handled all of our questions with a very honest ease. There was no sales pitch, just a straight forward explanation. We had a couple of other concerns about financing, delivery times, and service all of which George fielded with a comfortable expertise. And if there was something out of the ordinary he went and found the correct answer. Later we had the opportunity to meet the Sales Manger Dan Stewart and George Mead the Business Manager. Again, the overarching theme was "welcome to our family". We are so glad we ventured into Beard Subaru and even happier that we had George Costa help us find the perfect Subaru for my commute to Boston. As far as I'm concerned we are now life long customers and enthusiasts. More
Superb Service! Jen provided superb service. So much so that I texted my husband while my car was being serviced and said this is a big part of why we have gotten t Jen provided superb service. So much so that I texted my husband while my car was being serviced and said this is a big part of why we have gotten two cars from Beard Subaru--superb service (and our fair salesman, George). I brought my car in for the annual inspection but after inspection, it needed other work. The service department (via Jen) was able to get all the work done before I left for the afternoon at a reasonable price. Thank you, George (our salesman) and Jen (service) for providing fair and superb customer service! More

Outstanding Service I bought my first Subaru here in 2011 and have been extremely pleased with the service department. Yesterday I traded it in for a new Subaru and both I bought my first Subaru here in 2011 and have been extremely pleased with the service department. Yesterday I traded it in for a new Subaru and both the salesman and finance specialist were terrific. I didn't go on-line to look at other dealers; I knew Beard Subaru was the place I wanted to use. No hassle purchasing, just great, knowledgeable, courteous people who were real and sincere in their desire to help me. I strongly recommend this dealer. More

Get me out of here ! Although I was told that my 9:30 appointment would have me out by noon, I wound up spending 4 1/2 hrs in the waiting room. No one checked in with me f Although I was told that my 9:30 appointment would have me out by noon, I wound up spending 4 1/2 hrs in the waiting room. No one checked in with me for an update. I went to the service area to check in with the attendant & found him very off putting and arrogant.The entire time i was conversing with him, he was working on the computer. I stopped talking and stood quietly for about 5-10 minutes at his station, thinking he was looking something up for me. He wasn't. He then looked up and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I will probably not be returning. Manager Jim Mueller was pleasant and helpful when I called after my appointment with some questions. Although I had requested not to have an oil change, which he confirmed was not done, I was charged for oil & a new oil change sticker was put on the windshield. There also was no wiper fluid coming out when I turned on the wipers to check them. So, I thought something went wrong during the wiper recall install. As it turned out, there was no wiper fluid in the reservoir when I checked it on my return home. Fluids are normally topped off during this type of service. More
