Went to Cook Ford to buy a Explorer for my wife. George (salesman) greeted us and seemed nice at first. Looked at Explorers and bean process of negotiating price. Then, things went downhill quickly and George handed us our keys and told us to leave. Confused, we left. WORSE experience I have ever had at a dealership. More

Not the best dealership experience but certainly not the worse. I was disappointed in the final price of the vehicle I purchased especially after closer inspection when I got home. Although the vehicle is a 2020, it had several blemishes to the paint and body which should have been considered in price negotiations. In addition, the previous owner decided to tint the front windshield on both sides which looked terrible and not legal to drive on the road so I had to pay someone to remove it. Again, not the worse experience, just make sure you perform detailed research and inspection on the vehicle you are considering purchasing...Nothing against the sales guy Ed who was professional and courteous, just wish I would have received a better deal. More
