They listened to me with my google-searched suggestion for fixing it, and gav had a weird electrical problem in my F150 after having the TPMS reset. Not only could I not have fixed it (it involved reprogram a couple of modules), but they could have charged me for a lot more diagnostics and work -- but didn't! More
