Overcharged for service on Mustang My ford dealership in West Union, SC would charge 145,00--labor & parts for a cycle coil pack--the part 104.00 & labor 40,00 for 30 minutes. Conway Fo My ford dealership in West Union, SC would charge 145,00--labor & parts for a cycle coil pack--the part 104.00 & labor 40,00 for 30 minutes. Conway Ford charged 135.18 for part, 130.00 admission diagnostic, labor 65.00, tax & shop supplies 35.82--total of 362.00. I understand that dealerships charge differently for labor--my ford dealership charges 80,00 an hour, Conway charges 130,00 an hour-a big difference, but I don't understand why the part would be a different price, the charge for diagnostic test 130,00--when they are doing the work--my dealership does not charge for this and my dealership does not charge for shop supplies. My son will be in college at CCU for the next 2 years--I guess we will have to find someone else to service our car!! More

However I was under the impression that the “as is” vehicle was a safe one when I purchased it. When I asked to see service records I was told that they didn’t have any. In the meantime the GM stated that his service department had “certified “ mechanics, yet they passed an inspection on a vehicle with dry rotted tires and bad brakes and no air conditioning. If you buy a vehicle here you will get screwed. More

This was NOT the case for me The car-buying experience can be a very stressful one if you encounter the wrong dealership and/or the wrong salesperson. This was NOT the case for me at Conway Ford. I did my research and came here looking for a specific vehicle in their inventory. Tom Larrimore greeted me, he is the floor manager, and he turned me over to a very proficient salesperson, Ahmed Hassanein, a very cordial and professional salesperson, who hailed from Egypt. We test drove the vehicle in which I was inrterested, and Ahmed proved to have very good product knowledge. My trade was evaluated, and after a very short "tweaking of the numbers" (my term for negotiation) we reached an agreement that was amicable for both the dealership and me. The F&I process proved to be unusually painless, thanks to the expertise of Mr. Sam Allen. I was on the road, driving my newly purchased vehicle in about 3 hours from the time I first arrived. Thank you again to Tom Larrimore, Ahmed Hussanein and Sam Allen for an excellent car-buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Conway Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! The only reason I gave 1 star is because no star is not an option. Most people walk away and give bad reviews because you can't come together on terms, car salesmen are liars etc. etc. My husband and I purchase a new truck every 2 years from Conway Ford and on 11/2/16 we purchased a new F-150 Lariat. We left it at the dealership overnight so a bed liner could be installed the next day. We called the next afternoon, after not hearing from the dealership that morning, and we were informed that the truck we had purchased the night before had been sold again to someone else on 11/3/16! I have the bill of sale and all the paperwork you get when you make a purchase in hand, I just don't have a clue who has my truck. The customer service we received has been the worst I have ever encountered. We were made to feel like we had done something wrong. No one called us to inform us of the mistake. We had to make the initial call to them. Now we are left wondering about all the legalities involved. I am giving a strong warning to anyone looking to purchase from them. DON'T! More

Conway Ford Experience I visited Conway Ford last Saturday for an oil change on my 2014 Explorer [mu 3rd one in a row]. As I was waiting I decided to check in on a new car o I visited Conway Ford last Saturday for an oil change on my 2014 Explorer [mu 3rd one in a row]. As I was waiting I decided to check in on a new car opportunity. Ran in to Rich. What a great guy. We had a 2013 Mazda6. Conway was able to give me a trade in value and I ended pulling the trigger and purchased a 2017 Fusion. What a great experience at the dealership as well as a great vehicle. I am a loyal FORD owner and hope they continue construct vehicles they way they are. More
