Bought 2017 Ford Transit Passenger Sprinter August 9th, 2021. I just received the vehicle on September 14th, 2021. This Sprinter was advertised on Auto Trader as great vehicle in great condition and in sto 2021. I just received the vehicle on September 14th, 2021. This Sprinter was advertised on Auto Trader as great vehicle in great condition and in stock. I found out the vehicle was not in stock and promised I would have it in 2 days which turned into 1 1/2 weeks. Seat belt issues was discovered which took additional 1 1/2 to repair. Drive 2 hours to pickup the vehicle and the air conditioner was not working properly. This took 2 more weeks to repair. I have never experienced or heard of a situation like this from a Ford Dealer such as this one. I am very disappointed with the communication during this process and would not recommend online vehicle purchasing with Conway Ford. More
Took car in for service to fix AC and one other item. Which they did at another location. And we agreed on price.... They would have it in with 3 days. Ok now here is where the conflict comes in. ...They wanted me to buy the truck right now ( sight unseen). I'm not buying it without looking and test driving it first. I would be there the day it arrived and purchase it .... But they would not bring it to the dealership without me buying it today . And i read a reriew on how this same situation occurred to another customer who did purchase sight unseen .... but when their car arrived at the dealership a few days later... they sold it to another customer . And that person ended up having to buy another vehicle. That is not the way to do business so they lost mine More

Arbitrarily tried to replace parts! Diagnostic pricing is ou Took my Lincoln to have it diagnosed for a misfire. I knew that was the problem but wanted to make sure which cylinder it was before changing all coil Took my Lincoln to have it diagnosed for a misfire. I knew that was the problem but wanted to make sure which cylinder it was before changing all coils. The service manager called to let me know what the issue was and quoted me on the price. They quoted me for new tires, new spark plugs, replacing a coil and fuel filter. Again, I explicitly stated I needed to know where the misfire was coming from only. I guess being a women they didnt think i knew xxxx. I explained to the manager that i just changed the spark plugs 2 weeks ago, I dont need tires or a fuel filter, as this is an extra vehicle and was ONLY interested in the misfire. After I told him that I had just gotten a tune up and that I had a warranty on #8 coil, he told me he needed to talk with the mechanic again to be sure which was misfiring. Needless to say this guy was a xxxxxxx during the interaction of me dropping off the truck, as well. He asked me if I had an appointment and i said no. He then told me in a degrading demeanor "well, usually you need an appointment". I told him I wasnt in a hurry to get it back, as I have 3 other cars to drive. He quietly got up and left. Its like I was bothering him. I dont know why folks get jobs that require dealing with other people, if they dont have a compassionate bone in their body. And dont try to scam folks out of their money, just becuase it a part of your job description. Above all else, the truck runs WORSE now than it did before I took it there is no telling what those people did to it. Another thing I was surprised is that they upped the hourly labor charge to $130...from $85.?? Over the last couple of years, which is crazy in my opinion. I really wish a shop would open up somewhere nearby that was completely transparent, and not try to screw unsuspecting folks. The owner should really send in a secret shopper into the service department! Rant over. More
