My wife's C70 was explored for a noise under the hood and the technician Dealt with Mike and Jennifer. They were on top of things and very courteous. My wife's C70 was explored for a noise under the hood and the technician found a broken torque mount and corroded xxx battery cable. The noise is quieter and may be due to the car's age of 14 years. While awaiting a part, we were allowed to keep our loaner car an additional day. Our convenience was always considered. My wife's C70 was delivered washed and vacuumed, which we appreciated. Our Volvos are always serviced at Connecticut's Own Volvo only. More
