I especially appreciated the test drive but also the opportunity to take the car for a few hours to drive it and to make sure it fit in our garage!! The appointment to pick up the car was very informative and helpful. Gary provided clear explanations of the car features with explanations and demonstrations and he showed patience in answering my questions. Follow up with phone calls was also greatly appreciated.
