Service/ made appt for oil change, was told it would be about an hour. When drove it in the service advisor told me it would be about 2.5 hours (was not happy); 3.5-4 hours later I called for an update; se about an hour. When drove it in the service advisor told me it would be about 2.5 hours (was not happy); 3.5-4 hours later I called for an update; service advisor went to lunch (more if not being happy); 4-5 hours later I rcvd a text msg that it was ready-now had to wait for the shuttle to pick me up. A 6-hour oil change. Not impressed! More

Way overpriced parts. Way overpriced labor. They are atrocious. I asked for the part numbers to find them myself, they gave me generic names and marked out the Chevy part Way overpriced labor.
