They need to know what the rebate programs are I was shorted $10.00 rebate I was given 20.00 dollar coupon. The rebate was 15.00 on cabin filter and 15.00 on air filter I didn’t need a battery or 3 wipe shorted $10.00 rebate I was given 20.00 dollar coupon. The rebate was 15.00 on cabin filter and 15.00 on air filter I didn’t need a battery or 3 wiper blades so you could get up to 80.00 off service. It also took over an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and filters. Usually I am very satisfied but when you the customer have to show them what programs are going on and I showed him but I didn’t get what I should have. I wasn’t going to argue with him I just paid it and left. I also checked before I went for my appointment to see if they were a participant of the promotion. My car is ready for the winter and that was the purpose of the visit. More
Fast and friendly service in the service department. They get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time for what your issue is. Not the biggest fan of this dealership. Customer service was average. I was handed off to a different sales representative than the original person I spoke to. After making the decision of buying the used car, I asked the sales rep if they could detail clean the vehicle, the vehicle had food stains on the two front seats, the car smelled like cigarette smoke from the previous owner, once the heater was turned on ashes were on the dashboard. The sales rep told me the car had already been detailed clean when I asked if it could be cleaned once again, he told me they could not do a detail clean inside the vehicle or do anything about the cigarette smoke besides clean the cabin filter . I do believe I got the bare minimum service because my car was a used car and not a brand new car from the lot I think since they were not making much commission off of my car I got poor service. I do appreciate the second key that was made for my car. That was a perk. Now I have to go and find someone to detail and clean my vehicle since it could not be done at the car dealership. More
The warranty they offer and advertise, is a pain to try to get them to back it up. Not to mention the run around you get just for them ti try to service anything .
