I use Toyota dealerships for all of my service needs. I just moved back to the area and decided to try Conicelli in Springfield for a routine inspection to see if they would be a good long-term choice. Co just moved back to the area and decided to try Conicelli in Springfield for a routine inspection to see if they would be a good long-term choice. Conicelli blew it, big time. It took almost six hours from car dropoff to pickup, and I was charged way more than at other dealerships (Del and Carousel). The service manager told me the other two I have used over the past six years must have waived part of the fee, but since I didn't buy my car at Conicelli I would have to pay full price. Worse, my request to change the rear wiper led to a charge of almost $24 because they claimed the blade was not factory issued, when it was the original (the wiper has never been changed since I bought the car new in 2003). On average, I spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on annual maintenance based on mileage and age of my car, but I will be taking my business anywhere else rather than be charged over $100 for an inspection and wiper replacement. Avoid this place - save money by going to a dealership that treats all Toyota owners equally!!! More
