Excellent I just came in for inspection and everyone at your dealership is friendly,funny,polite and very helpful. From the lot people when you first pull up,to Shannon when you first walk into the department and the drivers that pick you up. The mechanics seem to be very knowledgable of the product they are working on. And last but not least the cashiers when you pay your bill. Service is very important to me...thx just posting a review for service..I've been bringing my 1998 T100 truck to Conicelli for repair and service for about 8 years. Mike Rhoads has always just posting a review for service..I've been bringing my 1998 T100 truck to Conicelli for repair and service for about 8 years. Mike Rhoads has always been fair and provides great service for me and he always has a friendly attitude and very professional, but most of all he's been keeping my old T100 on the road..the service is outstanding and fast. No Customer Service Brought my car in for expection and oil change and service. Was told that my car was out of warranty! Incorrect have extended warranty. Service pers Brought my car in for expection and oil change and service. Was told that my car was out of warranty! Incorrect have extended warranty. Service person very rude. Told me that I havent been keeping up with the maintance. I said that I usually take it to Ardmore Toyota. Since they know how to treat customers. Then told I would have to bring car back when they contact the vendor for my issue! I will not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership again! More

Suck you in for free service and oil change My daughter took her 2014 Corolla for free oil change and they told her she needed a new tire not covered by warranty and charged her &195. I have been dealing with CONICELLI TOYOTA for 25 years. Glenn Beck is the best in sales. I've bought 6 cars from him. He is fair, honest and professional. My experiences with Conicelli Toyota of Springfield have always been good but yesterday it was GREAT. I happened to be in the showroom where I saw Joe Unterkofler. He seemed like a very nice and knowledgabl always been good but yesterday it was GREAT. I happened to be in the showroom where I saw Joe Unterkofler. He seemed like a very nice and knowledgable man so I asked him an elusive question about the brakes on my Camry Hybrid. As he gathered more information from me, Joe suggested that we talk to the real expert, Kyle McManus. Kyle left his lunch to explore my questions. He answered me fully and very professionally. I had my car in for a brake cap recall. After leaving the dealership I discovered that my brake petal was going down to the floor. It was very difficult to stop the vehicle. I had to bring the car back the dealership I discovered that my brake petal was going down to the floor. It was very difficult to stop the vehicle. I had to bring the car back and have it corrected. Joe Reilly was very helpful and my car was corrected quickly. This is my first experience with a problem. In the past I take my car in and the work is completed correctly. I will return for service but I hope this doesn't happen again because it is dangerous and inconvenient. Thank you. More
