I was on the Schuylkill Expressway with friends, far from home and at the end of the work day, when I got a flat tire on my new 2023 Toyota. I drove to Conicelli Toyota for help as my tire was rapidly defla home and at the end of the work day, when I got a flat tire on my new 2023 Toyota. I drove to Conicelli Toyota for help as my tire was rapidly deflating.. I was a stranger from out of the area, and they were very professional, helpful and kind in helping me deal with the problem. If I lived closer, they would be my source for all of my Toyota needs. (I was guided by an angel and they were a blessing) Thank you Jack Kline and Jack Depre. More

This dealership are liars and beware of them because they sell vehicles to people that was not properly inspected and will charge high prices. They claim my car that I purchase from them pass inspection whe sell vehicles to people that was not properly inspected and will charge high prices. They claim my car that I purchase from them pass inspection when I purchase it but this year I couldn't pass inpection because Conicelli Springfield said OBD was not communicating with my car.but the computer was. These people will lie to get money and have gave me the run around. Charge me for a rental for one day when they suppose to pay for it and gave me stickers that have exempt on one of them. Told me because a a slight minor accident that when I come back next for an inspection again they will have to check my trunk near the small was which has been fix( the sensor might be out back there and the repair and taking my car apart will start at the price of $628 to start. I will not be doing any future business with these money hunger people again..... They are crooks....... More

I feel that I was lied too. Service Dept. Asst. Mgr. Made service promises that were not kept. I am a senior citizen and asked to have the air in my tires checked. After servic Service Dept. Asst. Mgr. Made service promises that were not kept. I am a senior citizen and asked to have the air in my tires checked. After service, tires still showed lb ower pressure in 3 out of 4 tires. Vehicle rubber mats that I had removed due to water leakage in /on front floor were never put back in as promised.Driver side mat is required to be put in and hooked on floor was not done yet even it is required to pass inspection. Vehicle still passed inspection. I was told water leak problems were fixed but floor was still somewhat wet and wet towels and rags were still on the floor over the reported wet spots. How can I be sure anything that was suppose to be done and or replaced was done. I feel I was lied to by service assist mgr and service dept did not do their job! Oh, I had made a couple of lists of things that the vehicle was brought in to be fixed or serviced. They were laying on the wet passenger side floor wet and partially unreadable!!This dealerships service dept. has lost me as a customer. Who needs to buy a vehicle and deal with lies and work not being as suppose to be done! More
