I have always been happy with my service here in the past, but I was very disappointed in my service this week. I dropped my car off on Sunday evening for a service appointment Monday 8:00 AM for 70,00 past, but I was very disappointed in my service this week. I dropped my car off on Sunday evening for a service appointment Monday 8:00 AM for 70,000 mile service and state inspection. I requested that my car be done for pickup by 2:00 PM. If they had started my car at the 8 AM appointment time, there should have been no problem completing it by 2 PM. At 3:30, I called to check and they had still not completed my service. I received a call at 4:30 that the car was done. First of all, I feel that should have gotten called at 2:00 to let me know that my car wasn't done. I should not have had to call them to find out what was happening. That is poor communication on their part. Also, I believe there is no reason that my car shouldn't have been completed on time if it had truly been started at my appointment time. I feel that people who chose to wait for their car got prioritized over mine because I chose to drop off which is not good customer service practice. More
