Alisa is so pleasant and knowledgeable; she texts me when she hears if my car needs anything or when it will be ready for pickup. I typically take a shuttle to work the drivers - Bill and Rickie are so pleas she hears if my car needs anything or when it will be ready for pickup. After paying $498 and waiting almost 3 hours for "routine maintenance" (without an oil change), I failed inspection for a tire issue. My tires were dated 2018- even though my car (purchased here) is a 2020. I had already replaced two tires for $250 in November. When they offered to replace ONE tire for $320 I had to go back to my local tire shop. It took twice as long to get my inspection sticker as it took the tire shop to put two tires on. More
