They don't want to offer me a rental car while my car is having problems under warranty, yet to this point, I don't understand why. The whole thing is confusing because I feel like I had been a good custome having problems under warranty, yet to this point, I don't understand why. The whole thing is confusing because I feel like I had been a good customer. I had to drive around for 2 weeks with no radio or gps. I couldn't connect my phone to the car for work. If you can't give me a rental, simply explain why. Don't just ignore me. So I get there the day of the head unit swap and I was told the process would be about an hour to install. I sat there all day. Did like 5 hours. I would have taken the shuttle, but Everytime I check on the car they say it's almost done. It wasn't until 3 hours in that I realized I had made a bad decision. Also, I prefer a representative that will look me in the eyes and tell me what is going on in real time. I don't know why they assigned me the assistant to the manager. I tend to take issue to situations that make me feel of less importance. For some reason, I must have been spoiled at TEAM Glen Mills. I never was stuck driving my broken vehicle over there. I am in the market for 2 new vehicles soon. This RAV4 is at 60 k and the warranty goes at 75. My wife has a lease coming up in 3 months also. I guess I have to research if the rental car thing is a Conicelli problem or what More

I went there to buy out my lease. They forced me to service my lease there prior to "allowing" me to buy it. They charged me 230 bucks.
