I had another frustrating experience where I waited over three hours to get my car serviced. After waiting two and a half hours, I called to check the status and was told, “your car is done and coming.” I w three hours to get my car serviced. I mentioned that I had seen a woman arrive at the same time I did, and after speaking with her, found out she had already completed her service and left an hour before me and she had the same service as me. When I raised this concern, I was told the delay may be due to the number of miles on my car and the technician assigned to it — as if that justifies a full hour’s difference for the same type of service. That response didn’t make sense to me. Instead of listening and addressing my concern, the person I spoke to got defensive, which made things worse. There’s a serious lack of empathy and basic customer service. When you walk in, no one greets you or even offers a smile. Everyone just stares at their screen and sends you to the next desk without any real interaction. The environment is cold and unwelcoming — not what you expect from a service center. Spending three hours waiting, only to leave frustrated and unheard, is unacceptable. The service process and overall customer experience clearly need improvement. Please remember that customers coming in for service are trusting you with their time and their vehicle. It shouldn’t feel like a stressful experience — it should feel like you’re being taken care of. Right now, that’s far from the case. More
