My service appointment was handled perfectly by Frank Sbarra and the Staff at Conicelli Toyota Springfield. I made an appointment, arrived on time and everything was clearly explained at the beginning as Sbarra and the Staff at Conicelli Toyota Springfield. I made an appointment, arrived on time and everything was clearly explained at the beginning as to costs, etc. I agreed to buying a maintenance plan in order to save money in the long run. I was kept informed throughout the time I was waiting as to what the progress was on my vehicle. Conicelli always goes the extra mile in taking care of its customers. Much appreciated. More

This particular visit i received poor customer service regarding my PA inspection/emissions. I feel like they lied about the state regulations with emission exemptions and when i looked it up on the PA de regarding my PA inspection/emissions.
