Sales Agent and Sales Manager both were amazing and offered me a great deal. We quickly got the deal done. But I’m extremely disappointed with the Finance Manager, first he took forever to call us in offered me a great deal. We quickly got the deal done. But I’m extremely disappointed with the Finance Manager, first he took forever to call us in his office for the paperwork even he didn’t have any other customer in his office. It simply explains that Customers isn’t his top priority. When he called us in his office for paperwork, he took forever to complete it and had me to sign 100s of papers like I’m getting a mortgage. I have purchased many cars in the past but never had to sign these many papers or never had to wait for finance manager to complete the paperwork. So 5 stars to David (manager) and Kenny (sales agent) and zero start for the Finance Manager. More

Vehicle towed in with a bad battery and bad alternator. sent out with new battery and bad alternator. vehicle broke down again, twice and had to be recharged and brought in a second time, whereupon a new a sent out with new battery and bad alternator. vehicle broke down again, twice and had to be recharged and brought in a second time, whereupon a new alternator was installed and it seems to be working OK now. Valet service was provided when there was only one person available and none there to drive the other vehicle. When I asked for the key after paying for the vehicle they said no you must receive valet service. therefore I had to get the car and park it again in the tiny congested parking area while I maneuvered my van out to go and get a second driver. All of that, instead of just being handed the key ! Yes, I should have had a second driver with me at the time but I didn't, because I was racing against traffic to get there before closing. You do not have sufficient parking spaces there for your customers, in my opinion. Otherwise everything great, except that the new alternator should have been installed the first time which would have saved a great deal of inconvenience. More
