I waited for five hours at the dealership with minimal updates about what was going on. If they had been up front, I could have taken the shuttle or found a ride home. I was scammed into driving away my Certified Used RAV4 without a Floorliner. I was promised to get the Floorliner in two days. Reggie called me again on Thursday, April 10, around 10 am to pick up my Floorliner later that day. Upon my arrival, he pulled out $40 and said GO TO AUTOZONE AND BUY YOUR FLOORLINER. I was disappointed with this treatment. With so much happening around the world right now, I took the money and left. I will never recommend anyone to drive away the first day with their car if any minor thing is missing from their car. I have to order my Floorliner from WeatherTech for a total of $233.09.
