I waited for five hours at the dealership with minimal updates about what was going on. If they had been up front, I could have taken the shuttle or found a ride home. Then I realized my car had been sitting outside the door finished for the last 25 minutes but no one bothered to tell me and give me my bill. I left with a migraine and $1000 less in my pocket. The old woman next to me told me to go somewhere else and get tires cheaper. I should have listened to her. They didn’t even seem convinced that the tires would solve the issue. I was scammed into driving away my Certified Used RAV4 without a Floorliner. I was promised to get the Floorliner in two days. I visited the shop on the first day, and the salesperson, Reggie Walton, wh without a Floorliner. I was promised to get the Floorliner in two days. Reggie called me again on Thursday, April 10, around 10 am to pick up my Floorliner later that day. Upon my arrival, he pulled out $40 and said GO TO AUTOZONE AND BUY YOUR FLOORLINER. I was disappointed with this treatment. With so much happening around the world right now, I took the money and left. I will never recommend anyone to drive away the first day with their car if any minor thing is missing from their car. I have to order my Floorliner from WeatherTech for a total of $233.09.
