To my surprise I was contacted by David Terpoilli and he told me he could help me.I came in the office looking for a used car but ended up with a 2014 Toyota Camry Sport.I appreciate how he went to bat for me and to make sure I was satisfied. Great Service, Excellent Customer Service!!! I had been to numerous dealerships and was beginning to lose hope. Ardmore Toyota was okay....but when I asked how much my car note would go up by he I had been to numerous dealerships and was beginning to lose hope. Ardmore Toyota was okay....but when I asked how much my car note would go up by he casually said "maybe two or three hundred dollars". I knew I was not going to be getting a car from there, I could tell it was the end of the month and he was just trying to get his last sale in. I was in a 2013 Dodge Dart in which I leased through Chrysler Capital it was involved in two accidents neither in which was my fault, but I would have had to pay a very large return fee. The car is in excellent shape now the collision did a amazing job you can't even tell that the car was ever in an accident. I knew I had to get out of that car before my lease was up. I finally went to Conicelli Toyota this WAS my be all, end all. I knew it would only damage my credit if I continued shopping. My credit was not in the best shape, but I had about 10% of hope left. Luckily this was my last stop. I was greeted by the finance manager, and I explained my situation and he was very honest with me and did not beat around the bush. He told me what my options where and between him and Hasaan they worked tirelessly to make sure that my needs were met they were awesome. They got me out of that ticking time bomb and Chrysler Capitals clutches. I was very satisfied I got a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry LE equipped with everything that I needed. And they went above and beyond the call of duty to get me financed. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. And go see HASAAN RICKS awesome guy, professional, he caters to the needs of his clients (I know this because I am a needy person), he is a great salesperson. He made me feel like a person and not a sale. More

Recent purchase of new car. Jonathon Campo was the salesman. He was most patient, considerate, knowledgeable, and not reluctant to ask for back-up when necessary. The dealership had a full inventory, but was willing to shop for a model I might want and which wasn't on the lot. Fortunately, Jonathon had exactly what I wanted. This was the third new car I have purchased from Conicelli in the last ten years. Their service department is a primary reason for this. Also, I compliment the women at the front desk for their friendliness and helpfulness.The sales manger, Casey Cooney, was also very interested in my progress with Jonathon, and he checked with us regularly to see if he could be of service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They had it - matched the price and took care of most of the paperwork before I even had to arrive in the dealership. Erik Stiteler was great - he recognized that I felt burned by another dealer - and spent the day working on the sale and reassuring me about my car (even texted me several photos to put me at ease). Mike Shulski handled the "business" seamlessly. Really "nice" (as in Co"Nice"lli) young men, the kind that can change people's negative impression about car dealers. It was my most pleasant car buying experience to date - Conicelli has my business! More

Great Experience I have bought two cars now at Conicelli and both experiences were great. I went back to Frank and I had the same experience, he worked the numbers down far enough to fit my budget and I now own a new Toyota van. More

Best Car Buying Experience! My son was in the market for a Scion FR-S and we called the dealership about he car and Conicelli's inventory on 4/26. Jeff Giraldi took my call and was very helpful in providing insights about the car, the pricing model, and availability of the White model we wanted. The best part was that he was informative, and not pushy at all. He encouraged us to think about it, and get back to him when necessary. The following Monday, after a bad ecxperience at another dealer in NJ, I called Jeff at 5 PM, noting that we wanted to take delivery that evening. He cleared his calendar, coordinated dealer prep, and our financing package in a very efficient manner. Over a short period of time, we closed the deal and drove off very pleased with our Conicelli experience. I should add that Mike in Finance (forgot his last name),was also very professional and efficient. What I really liked was that after he appropriately offered a number of extra packages (exended warranty, GAP insurance, etc.), he did not use pressure tactics after we declined. Rather, he noted that he personally would suggest purchasing them, but he understood our position. This low pressure sales approach would bring me back to Conicelli, and the buying experience was pleasant, efficient, and professional. Finally, the car was prepped with great results on very short notice. The detail team should be commended for a job well done. To close, I want to note that the dealership was very busy during our visit, and Jeff had other customers to manage. However, his attention to them and us was not impaired, and he did a great job of juggling several matters. Both Rick and Steve were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding to our needs to keep our new purchase within our budget (since our daughter goes away to college in August). Unfortunately, car salesmen have a reputation of being pushy but we never felt that way.
