I have been going to Concordville Subaru for over 6 years since buying my car from them. They have always taken such great care of me. I recently had a strange electronic issue that required me to have a lot since buying my car from them. They have always taken such great care of me. I recently had a strange electronic issue that required me to have a lot of replacement parts installed. While my car was out of warranty, they suggested that this kind of issue is not something Subaru will just allow to happen to it’s valued customers. Therefore, I was not charged for any of the parts or labor. I’ve never felt so appreciated and had a beyond wonderful experience that I had to share. This is the type of stuff that builds relationships and customer loyalty. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else, and when it is time for a new car down the road, buying from them again will be my top consideration.
