I just Purchased a car from them on 10/29/2022 and the purchasing experience was great. I test drove the vehicle and felt nothing wrong so I went through with the transaction. On my drive home from the dealership I felt the clutch slip in 5th gear at cruising speeds when I stepped on the gas to accelerate. It was past their hours so I called the next business day 10/31/2022 and told them what was happening and I scheduled a day to drop it off and get it looked at. When I dropped the car off on Saturday 11/5/2022 they had me drive a technician in the car to show them the issue. I was able to duplicate the issue with him in the car and he completely didn’t understand the issue. When we got back from the drive he told me he would drive it again and further evaluate it. Monday 11/7/2022 I got a call from them explaining that my car checked out to be fine from what the technicians are seeing and feeling on the drive they took in it. now I explained to them when I dropped it off and on the phone it happened to me at about 65mph in 5th gear. While I was on the phone the woman had said “I know that you said the problem occurs are higher speeds but our technicians aren’t allowed to drive the cars that fast.” so right away that information to me means they didn’t evaluate it fully. When I went to pick my car up it was filthy. I didn’t ask for a wash or anything but when I dropped the car off I had just had it detailed that Friday night before dropping it off so seeing my car as dirty as it was on the outside I was pretty upset and also I noticed my driver side rear rim had some curb rash on it that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. So I went to go talk to a manager to try and correct this situation but when I asked for them the person I spoke to didn’t even try to grab him for me and instead were arguing with me on my concerns. Now the car is a little over a week old to me and I spent a lot more money than I was hoping to spend on it but I made it work because I like the car. They sold me the car with a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty so I tried to use it and now they’re saying the warranty isn’t going to work. I just want the situation fixed. I’m very unhappy with everything at the moment. More

Easy check in process and nice waiting area. Our car was in the exit lane ready to go after 45 minutes, however another car was parked in front of it. Didn't seem like any additional work was done during those second 45 minutes so a little frustrating to not be keep updated on timing. All in all Concordville is great dealership but some efficiencies can be gained. More
