Did not remove display of AT-OIL ON DASHBOARD. Did not fix. It is problem for Transmission. . Dealer is not trust worthy. It is under warranty. I am not happy. This place is AMAZING! The people are CARING and GENUINE here! My vehicles transmission went out, it had less than 30,000 miles on it. I thought I would have to wait days o The people are CARING and GENUINE here! My vehicles transmission went out, it had less than 30,000 miles on it. I thought I would have to wait days or weeks to get my vehicle back. Dana gave me a call the next morning telling me that my vehicle would be looked at either that day or the next day. She kept me updated about everything that was going on. She called me after they found my vehicle on the lot in the morning (it was towed there in the middle of the night the night before). She called me when they ran diagnostics on my vehicle. She called and asked for my permission before doing anything to my vehicle. she also reassured me that the issue would be fully covered under warranty. She deserves 10 gold stars! She called me the next day at about 6 o’clock in the evening saying my car was ready. I just moved to this area from West Virginia and I’ve had my car serviced at two different locations since moving to this area. The first place in Newark Delaware was a joke and I had to go back multiple times just to replace the weatherstripping in my door. So I was skeptical about this place. But this place is the absolute best. Thank you, Concordville Subaru, for going above and beyond for your customers. You folks are the real MVPs!!! More

Staff courteous and helpful. I just pulled in, no appointment, no notice. My tire light came on while taking my injured sister to a doctor appointment. Took less than an hour. Facility clean, spacious, comfortable. So happy i stopped there instead of the neighboring meinike. Much pleasanter experience than Rafferty Subaru. More
