Service department is awful! When you come in for a problem under warranty the problem is in customer's head, is customer's fault, is misdiagnosed by faulty equipment/opinion of When you come in for a problem under warranty the problem is in customer's head, is customer's fault, is misdiagnosed by faulty equipment/opinion of outside organization/person! If out of warranty yes the problem exists and will cost hundreds to fix. I guesstimate that 85% of service advisor's job is to remove as much money from customer's money from their pocket as possible!!! More
