Just as I leave I get a phone call that they had specifically picked out a black dodge nitro and had it delivered just for me to come in & see.. Not only did I come home with the exact car that I wanted, I also had amazing service. EVERYONE in Community were very nice and friendly. Even when I kept them over an hour past their closing time... A very knowledgable polite gentleman named Brad. Brad really knew his stuff and lead me to a better car for my needs and wants. We became fast friend talking about my project camaro and what I do for my company. He was very strait forward with any known defects or problems with this particular car. Also he was able to work with my financial needs. In all respect to the company I believe that Brad Kale needs A RAISE!!! Because he is very good at his job. Or at least a promotion! i never thought buying a new vehicle could be so stressful My girlfriend & I are expecting a new baby so we decided to look for a new vehicle.With already having 3 kids we knew we would need something with mor My girlfriend & I are expecting a new baby so we decided to look for a new vehicle.With already having 3 kids we knew we would need something with more space & since we live in the country in Illinois we also knew we would need 4wd for the winter. So we began looking online for what could fit our needs. We found a 2007 jeep commander that was everything we were looking for. So I called & talked to a very nice salesman who did a credit check & said with my credit rating of 750 he'd have no problem putting us in the jeep for $300 a month with a warranty. Once we drove there & looked at it & decided we wanted it. We started the paper work & they said that they could do the $300 a month with no warranty but we could purchase a warranty for just an extra $2000 but that would raise our payments to $340 a month. It did stretch us a little bit further than we wanted but we went all that way from Illinois driving over 2 hours to get there. So we bought the jeep with the warranty.Is a good thing we got the warranty too. Because just 6 days after we bought it the heater blower motor stopped working, a wheel baring went out, & the 4wd didn't work. It cost of the repairs were about $4000 which community said they would cover the cost. Instead they had the warranty that we bought cover the cost. Which covered most of it except $700 which community told the business that worked on it that they wouldn't be paying for any of the repairs.After I had to call them again. They did end up paying the remainder of the balance. I think just because it was under the 30 days. I know if we didnt buy the extended warranty & if those things lasted to 31 days we would of been on the hook for the entire amount.When we went there we told them that I do not have a license so my girlfriend had to be put on the loan so she could license & insure it & they said that we would of had a better Apr if she were not on it but we had to suck it up & take the higher Apr. Now I'm getting calls because they didn't put her on the loan. Even tho she did fill out a bunch of papers. & apparently she's not supposed to be on the title. Its funny that we still got the higher apr tho even tho they now say that they didnt put her on the loan. Well now I have to deal with the bank we got the loan through because they messed up the paper work on the loan. & the last person i talked to about this new situation was a total a**hole . Ever since we bought our vehicle from them its been a constant head ache & full of stress..So no I would not go back there & I would not recommend anyone else go there either. More
