Only two years old I asked about the website listen it as a trade-in value is 22,000 and he says that that's not accurate after researching information after purchasing the vehicle. I noticed that you guys listed my vehicle on your website for $25,6860 I believe I got blow off trade-in value so I won't be doing business with you in the future More
Commonwealth Motors sold me a car in December of 2023. I was promised a windshield replacement, a touch up paint on the hood, along with replacement vehicle while it was being fixed. Soon after I discovered a number of issues with the car. The headlights severely condensate, the drivers side door leaks, the inside driverside I have had to use an ice scraper the windshield wipers stop out of the blue, the passenger side wiper is broken. The temperature showed 95 while is was under 20 degrees. The rotors are beat up, and to date I have not received my warranty information, despite my multiple request. I have not received the complete car fax report. It was sold to me for 4K over book value. Today is January 20 2024 and I still have NO inspection sticker. I was steered into purchasing this vehicle, and will be filing a report with the FTC, and Massachusetts Attorney General. More
Visited their dealership looking for a’22 Soul. They didn’t have the car that I was told was on the lot. Said they would search for it. Added a market adjustment of $2500. Lowballed my trade. I sent in an inquiry for a telluride I found on their website listed for $42K. Michelle Godin responded. She went on to tell me that to lease this car would be $6100 down and $700/month!!! After going back and forth for awhile Michelle informed me that the website prices are not accurate, that the car has been marked up over $7k and was now $50k due to supply and demand...I completely understand supply and demand...but when your website says one price and ALLOWS YOU TO WORK OUT A DEAL ELECTRONICALLY...you might want to lead with "hey the car cost a lot more than our website says...sorry". She then became condescending and rude "Ive tried to explain the reasoning..." Michelle said "our dealership is ONLY charging $7k over the MSRP and that doesnt include doc fees etc" I have been shopping for a telluride for weeks, i have contacted 6 different dealers and no one else is marking up tellurides more than $4k. He actually greeted me in the parking lot when I arrived to purchase the vehicle, without any prior appointment or notice. The turn around time within the dealership for the purchase was less than two hours. This is top notch based on my prior experiences in purchasing and leasing vehicles. We opted to purchase three accessories (roof cross bars, remote starter, and all weather mats), all of which were available and installed same-day. Ivan helped setup the Uvo system and went through some specifics of the vehicle. We worked with Chris for financing, who was also excellent. Overall, this was the most positive car-buying experience we've had and will absolutely recommend your dealership and will be repeat customers ourselves. Thank you. More
