He was very responsive and professional and we got the price we want for the CR-V. Paperwork was quick and smooth. After ringing the bell and sealing the deal, Brian Philo took care of the financial part of the process in a very pleasant and professional way, too. He worked in a very efficient way and presented us with several options with thorough details. He helped us get a great rate on our loan. They don't pressure you but at the same time they let you know what, if any, problems may arise. I went in for a regular maintenance oil change, but I came out with a new battery and an oil change. The old battery was still ok, but come the cold weather they knew I would need a new one and they didn't want me to be stranded in the cold. Let me tell you, when I got in the car, it purred like it was brand new. Jorge was very pleasant and even let me know of a recall that Honda hadn't even sent out to me yet. The prices are reasonable but the service is excellent! More

They suck! The salesman I dealt with was very rude and rushing me. Car was listed for $9700. After test driving it, he said car was $13000!! I showed him a screen shot of what the price was from 2 days ago. Beware of this dealership and their practices. The car is now listed for $10,500. The salesman was not friendly, very pushy, and when he called his manager to ask about the car, he spoke only in Spanish/Puerto Rican. Which was very rude. The lady we talked to on the phone wasn't there and referred me to that loser. More

Excellent Customer Service I came into commonwealth knowing what car I wanted. As soon as I parked, I was greeted by Gary Kotyla. I told him I was interested in the Accord. I test drove the car and once I got my hand on it I knew it was the one! We went back talked prices and I got an extremely great deal on the car! Paperwork was nice and easy!
